This was placed on our tower last week due to a malfunction in the closing of the door, however we still had to talk about how to get it open, and let the other truck companies know what was going on as well.
This gave me an idea to share, what if you placed on of these on your ladder tunnel and told the crew to throw ladders without letting them know it was there. How would they react? Im sure it would be a quick fix but you could see the problem solving ability to process in their mind and learn more about them in the long run.
